The mission of the FinTech team is to power seamless transactions between HubSpot and our customers. As Senior Product Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the multi-team development and delivery of one of the business' most crucial systems. You'll help build a flexible and scalable billing platform by understanding business requirements, managing changes, removing roadblocks and communicating broadly with multiple functional groups and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
  • A strong, technical product leader
  • Good problem solving skills
  • An empathetic cross-team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to influence at all layers of HubSpot's organization
  • Have a strong understanding of subscription-based billing models
  • A working understanding of product metrics and their relation to business metrics
  • Be driven by proven results and success metrics / growth minded
  • Experience managing multiple projects and work streams across multiple teams.
  • Experience working with popular third-party billing and payments management tools (Avalara, Zuora, Adyen, etc.) - a plus
  • Knowledge of common Finance and Quote-to-cash processes and operations - a plus
  • Confidence in representing the product organization internally and externally
What you will be doing
  • Driving billing platform vision and strategy and creating functionality that product teams can leverage when building solutions to solve for customers' billing and subscription needs.
  • Representing the product and roadmap to key stakeholders across all levels at HubSpot
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, business intelligence, finance, and security to deliver flexible and durable solutions to our customers
  • Defining and measuring key performance indicators to evaluate and measure platform value and excellence
  • Presenting findings and preparing strategy recommendations to executive stakeholders
