We are looking for a Senior Product Implementation Manager responsible for managing delightful implementations of our products, coordinating with internal teams to meet project deadlines, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and recognition of ROI and leading to strong renewals and growth opportunities. The role works closely with our customers alongside Sales, Abstraction, Engineering, Customer Support, and Product Management teams to ensure our services are delivered successfully and value is delivered to our customers.

We are looking for a Senior Product Implementation Manager responsible for managing delightful implementations of our products, coordinating with internal teams to meet project deadlines, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and recognition of ROI and leading to strong renewals and growth opportunities. Responsibilities: *
- As a Senior Product Implementation Manager, your primary focus will be launching operational success and improvement at our customers through the implementation of our products and services.
- You will understand the unique operational needs of each of our customers, evangelize the products, and work with fellow engineers, abstractors, product managers, marketing and sales to ensure that our products are making our customers successful, making process and feature suggestions as needed.
- You will communicate technical requirements and ensure that customer IT and process owners clearly understand the data and setup requirements for Carta's products and coordinate required security and other audits.
- You will independently manage customer implementations and/or ongoing relationships. You'll take ownership of the account after a sales close and make sure that the key implementation tasks are properly organized and prepared for success.
- You will establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders/contacts.
- You will make sure that services are provided according to plan, the product is working well on customer sites, and proactively solve problems.
- You will educate many functional groups about customer successes and pain points. You will work with marketing on producing case studies, customer videos, etc. and help sales close deals as needed in the capacity of a subject matter expert.
What you'll need:
- At least 3-4 years professional experience in a client- or customer-facing role such as management consulting, project management, enterprise product management, or implementations.
- A background in healthcare (administration, operations, project management, or consulting), science, or data science/analytics. Our products are data products, so a quantitative background is critical to the success of our PMs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills. Coordinating across multiple teams and customer stakeholders requires the ability to handle multiple channels of communication and documentation. How you write your resume and approach us is a good litmus test. A blog, article, presentation, or any writing is a huge plus.
- A maniacal obsession with customer happiness, success, and retention. You're the type of person who will move mountains to solve problems and make people successful.
- Experience with project management and facilitating change management.
- The desire to be continually learning about emerging technologies/industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- PMP certification is preferred.
