About the Role:

As a Product Growth Manager, you will drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Aura's next-gen digital security solution on Mobile App that is comprehensive, personalized, easy to use, and proactively identifies areas of risk in a user's digital life. The role is geared towards improving user enrollment, Activation and Onboarding. You will work closely with the Growth tech team that is dedicated to this effort, including the SDM, TPM, and UX/UI team members. You will also work closely with the Mobile Growth Marketing team and the Mobile Growth Analytics team to develop data flows to attribute, optimize, and report on the service investments

Key Outcomes:

  • Product vision - define the growth product for Mobile App User Enrollment, Activation, Onboarding and orchestrate actions across the org to enable its success
  • Product strategy – be the guardian of an evergreen strategy to align cross functional stakeholders and teammates
  • Product execution – operationalize ramp and go-to-market by collaborating with PMM, Legal, Compliance, Analytics, and other contributors to ensure the success of the product using aligned metrics


What You'll Do:

  • Lead Mobile product growth strategy and development of Aura's next-gen digital security solution
  • Mobile-first, you have experience with native app platforms, ideally across iOS and Android, digital technologies and CRM
  • Develop Product roadmap that is globally stack ranked and sequenced - working with technical and UX teams
  • Hypothesize, measure and learn. Continuously test and leverage insights to inform decisions, and make tradeoff decisions
  • Generating buy-in for the product vision with leadership and partner teams
  • Translating customer experiences into clearly defined product requirements
  • Manage senior stakeholders through the full product lifecycle: from definition to go/no-go decision
  • Work with cross functional product feature owners to optimize experiences for mobile surfaces
  • Be incredibly truth-seeking. Collect whatever data is necessary to inform product direction, whether in the form of competitive intel, user behavior, or other business metrics.
  • Monitor and measure launched products and feed insights back into the product development process to drive growth
  • Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, from internal stakeholders to Aura executives, employees, and users

What you bring to the table:

  • A computer science undergraduate degree or other engineering degree equivalent is preferred
  • 5+ years of consumer products experience, with at least 2-3 years of experience on mobile apps for iOS or Android platforms
  • Experience working across multiple teams and managing a complex network of stakeholders
  • Obsession with details and data-driven decision making
  • Design thinking and customer-centric approach to building, experimenting, and iterating products
