People Technology is a rapidly evolving team within the broader People Organization at Pega. We act as trusted subject matter experts on various tools and projects related to enabling a best for Pega employee and candidate experience. We adopt an agile mindset and work collaboratively with our peers and partners to deliver rapid, high quality, incremental solutions to our existing or new systems and tools.
Picture Yourself at Pega:As a Senior People Technology Partner, you will support PeopleHub, our branded SAP SuccessFactors solution, and participate in the continual evolution of our global People systems. This position is involved in all phases of the software lifecycle – from idea to requirements, design, build, test, deployment, security, upgrades, integrations, maintenance, training and user support. This role grants you experience and exposure working with all areas of HR technology.
What You'll Do at Pega:- Engage business teams to understand and prioritize requirements for new and enhanced SuccessFactors functionality
- Build implementation plans that realize iterative value through agile methodology
- Utilize SAP Preferred Success and SAP partners to ensure best practices and system stability
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of global HR data within SuccessFactors
- Interact effectively and be influential with internal customers at all levels from all global locations as well as outside vendors; strong customer service skills
- Work closely with global HR team to understand business needs and develop solutions based on technical knowledge and strong understanding of SuccessFactors capabilities

- You’ve worked in HR Technology 8-10 years and have at least 4 years’ experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other industry-leading cloud-based solutions.
- You’ve led a successful HR Technology implementation project.
- You have experience and enjoy working in an agile environment.
- You demonstrate outstanding initiative with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
