Senior Partner Development & Growth Manager
Business Development

We are looking for a strategic problem solver and hardworking channel manager to help contribute to our rapid growth. As Senior Partner Development and Growth Manager, you will own the entire integrated partner lifecycle from prospecting to negotiation and long-term account management. Responsibilities include coordinated marketing and sales enablement, planning, and execution for existing named third-party partner accounts, as well as hands-on management of the new partner onboarding process for partners in the pipeline. Accountable for developing engagement programs that yield growth in referrals with our channel of third-party technology partners, ensuring we add more end-users through our partner channel and add more partners. This role is extremely collaborative with our internal channel, web, events, creative, business development, and product teams as well our partners’ marketing and sales orgs with whom you will build relationships to drive collaboration.

Responsibilities:
  • Development of custom enablement plans for named accounts that achieve company targets for new user growth
  • Prospect within designated markets to add new third-party partners or partner channels
  • Development of plans for partner co-marketing activities that will drive new end-user leads
  • Collaboration with indirect marketing channels such as member benefit programs and alliance partners
  • Interpret campaign results to the organization, making adjustments as needed to improve return on investment
  • Become an industry specialist in the space to understand where target customers consume information
  • Accelerate the adoption of our APIs by helping onboard, retain, and grow our partner ecosystem
  • Ensure partners are provided with an effective, positive partner experience and return on investment
  • Measure success and adjust programs to further improve and maximize results
  • Must care about people and love crafting a win/win dynamic
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in software, payment or channel sales or marketing
  • Strong project management skills with experience using project management tools such as Trello and Wrike
  • Experience producing successful partner enablement content and programs
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate with executives
  • Success translating a value proposition to different levels of an organization, from executive to coordinator
  • Strong writing and editing skills, able to ideate and execute on collaborative content
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, especially share services that don’t have direct reporting structure
  • Strong relationship-building skills to work effectively with our partners, in order to best represent our product and programs to drive growth for both
  • Periodic travel to industry and partner events
