Job Description
Job Purpose

The Senior Organizational Development Associate is responsible for assessing organizational performance and developing solutions to assist stakeholders in achieving business objectives. The incumbent leads performance management, process improvement, workforce planning, change management, and relationship management activities.

Job Duties
  • Develops strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to identify, assess and develop strategic plans to assist in achieving business objectives.
  • Designs and implements a multi-phased, comprehensive performance management program and evaluates results to meet the needs of stakeholders.
  • Oversees Organizational Development projects and initiatives such as workforce planning, process improvement efforts, organizational diagnosis and design/structure, change management, and group facilitation/strategic planning.
  • Develops metrics to align with Organizational Development initiatives to evaluate their effectiveness.
  • May conduct leadership coaching for multiple levels of management.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Four years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.
  • Five years of professional experience in organizational development, talent management human resources or leadership/executive training.
  • Certification in assessment tools (e.g. personality, leadership, emotional intelligence, etc.)
Other
  • Demonstrated strong facilitation and presentation skills to both small and large groups.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, including techniques for improving skills in others.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to assess and understand dynamics of various organizational environments.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Products, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • General knowledge of human resource management.
