Under general supervision, facilities The maintenance Coordinator Administrator provides support services to staff, assists in managing the system at various levels including coordination, planning, and auditing. The Maintenance coordinator will also support facilities projects as either a team member or a team leader. Additionally, is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and operation of the computerized maintenance management system (work orders). This position is responsible for entering Preventative Maintenance and Calibration plans into the Work order system, as well as generating Queries and reports from the system for all work orders. The work Order Administrator assigns Preventive Maintenance, Calibration work, and corrective work to the appropriate functional areas, and closes it out in the work order system when completed. The ability to function in a fast-paced, highly- technical environment, and communicate effectively is essential to success.
Qualifications- Requires 5 to 7 years- experience in Coordinator Administrator work order systems.
- Must have the ability to think critically and accept responsibility for assignments.
- Follow job procedures and maintain work area in a safe, organized manner.
- Exhibits good oral and written communication skills and excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Abide by all company and departmental policies and expectations.
- Take ownership of assigned equipment and/or areas of responsibility.
- Remain current in field and continuously improve through various means such as continuing education, professional journals, seminars, on-line research, etc.
- Order to coordinate work requests and manage the work processes related to maintaining the overall appearance, functionality, and operation of the facilities under his responsibility.
- The Facilities Technician supports the overall goal of maintaining, a neat, clean, and comfortable work environment.
- Must have ability to lift up to 45 pounds
- Required to use Microsoft Office Suite products including Word and Excel.
