Job Description
Wilsonville, OR SOME OF WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
  • Provide Effective IT Support Services in a broad capacity from new employee onboarding to troubleshooting and resolving various infrastructure and application issues.
  • Monitor, maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot site LAN/WAN based networks as well as implement and enforce IT security and compliance policies as directed by management.
  • Collaborate with global IT team to develop and implement business process improvements.
  • Develop written processes, procedures, technical diagrams, and various technical documentation.
  • Support ERP, database, and financial reporting systems as technical lead.
WHAT WE NEED
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related degree, 5+ years of professional IT experience, and at least 1-2 years as a technical lead
  • Direct experience with TCP/IP networking, virtualization, servers/storage, enterprise applications, SaaS/Cloud, backup/DR, and security/compliance
  • A self-directed, excellent communicator who can lead and work both independently and as part of a global team
BONUS POINTS
  • Strong knowledge of Windows server/client, PowerShell, web applications, ESXi, Veeam, O365
  • Working knowledge of Linux, AWS, scripting, Docker, Nagios, Cisco firewalls a plus
  • Familiarity with ITIL and ISO best practices or equivalent
