In this position, you’ll develop and support HR strategies that support the business objectives and partner with the international HRBPs on executing on these strategies, including areas such as organizational change, onboarding, performance coaching, training and development, employee relations, and retention. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate analytical capabilities and be able coach and influence business leaders at all levels while assisting them and the organization become more effective.
As the Senior HRBP you will partner with your clients to build and execute HR strategies that enable the business’ growth plans. Whether coaching your clients on leading their teams, developing innovative solutions and programs to deliver results for our business or navigating and resolving employee relations issues, you will be a champion of Amazon’s culture and values, partnering with your clients to help them build and retain customer obsessed teams.
This is a true business partner role providing an opportunity to be both hands-on and strategic, providing human resources expertise in the areas of coaching/development, organizational design, succession planning, talent assessment and development, compensation, employee relations, and much more. You will be embedded with the business, and will work closely with its leadership team on organizational and people related issues. You will be instrumental in initiating and driving HR programs/initiatives within the organization.
The successful candidate will display a depth of understanding of and passion for partnering strategically with their business leaders.
