The Department of Natural Resource Ecology & Management provides instruction, research and Extension expertise that focuses on the natural resources of fisheries, forests, rangeland and wildlife within and beyond the boundaries of Oklahoma. Position Information:
An overview of responsibilities include:
1. Financial Support including: serve as departmental Pcard accountant, accounts payable, accounts receivable, QuickBooks entry, and troubleshooting.
2. Management of Foundation Account transactions.
3. Various financial duties, including coordination of inventory and surplus, organizational chart of vehicles, tracking removal/addition of inventory items, and biennial inventory report for fixed assets. Completion of all physical plant work orders for maintenance and repairs. Departmental contact for telecommunications services.
4. Biweekly Payroll Management

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications:
Required:
High School/GED with 5 years related experience
Knowledge of financial accounting procedures; knowledge of QuickBooks entry and Excel; attention to detail.
