Job DetailsWhat you’ll be doing…The Senior Executive Recruiter will partner with our Executive Leadership team to hire for some of the most critical leadership roles at Tableau, with a specific focus on hiring Engineering leaders. We are seeking a polished, creative, accomplished Senior Executive Recruiter who understands the importance of building strong relationships with candidates and business leaders alike, and brings focused experience in hiring for technology leadership roles within software companies. The Sr. Executive Recruiter will provide a consultative, strategic approach to Tableau executives and leaders and build solid rapport and long-lasting relationships with candidates.

Some of the things you'll be doing include.

  • Develop & implement effective and innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract and source high quality leadership and executive level candidates for open leadership roles and opportunistic pipelining
  • Manage the full life cycle hiring process – from research/sourcing to offer
  • Source and identify diverse slates of qualified passive candidates using creative, out of the box recruiting methods
  • Complete detailed candidate assessments
  • Develop diverse talent poolo through creative sourcing techniques including referral generation, networking, and direct sourcing
  • Provide a high touch, thorough, top notch candidate experience
  • Build strong relationships with Tableau’s senior leaders and executives
  • Act as a trusted business partner and consultant to hiring managers in hiring talented leaders for Tableau, leveraging knowledge/expertise to provide input on the market, candidates, etc.
  • Prepare and conduct search kick-off strategies and weekly search update meetings with hiring managers
  • Assist with the creation job descriptions and job postings
  • Manage applicants’ information and update status on applicant tracking software system

Experienced. 10+ years recruiting experience (including at least several years of experience hiring at the executive level within the tech industry), with strong direct sourcing skills and a proven track record of success.

Adaptable Team Player. You can hire for technical and non-technical leadership positions alike. You have a positive attitude and work well as part of a team. You have a passion for creating and sustaining a positive company culture and contributing to Tableau's reputation and success.

Tech Savvy. You like working with software and tools, such as Tableau, Slack, and Workday to name a few.

Results-oriented . You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know exactly how to prioritize when balancing many different projects and timelines. You are results driven, always operating with a sense of urgency with the ability to implement sourcing and tracking strategies for multiple positions.
