About PGA

Integrity. Commitment. Excellence. These are the pillars on which Patel, Greene & Associates (PGA) was created and which every member of the team upholds. PGA is not just a transportation engineering firm, we are a family; a group of 75+ individuals throughout Central Florida who believe in working hard together to deliver great projects and continue growing our firm and elevating our brand. PGA’s major client is the Florida Department of Transportation. We work with FDOT, as well as counties and municipalities on a wide variety of projects ranging from sidewalks to resurfacing and from widening to multi-level interchange projects.

PGA has been recognized year after year as one of the best places to work locally and nationally, including Florida Trends “Best Companies to Work For” and Zweig’s “Best Firms to Work For.” These recognitions stem from our impressive benefits package, which includes a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and health/dental/vision insurance plans at no cost to the employee, as well as a cell phone allowance, and generous paid time off (PTO) at time of hire. Yes, PGA recognizes the necessity for a work-life balance, but it also prides itself on providing a work-play balance. Staff enjoys frequent company-sponsored social events, which include two annual overnight resort stays, and other quarterly trips to Topgolf, Tampa Bay Rays, a family bowling day, college football games, and karaoke nights. For more information on PGA, visit our website at patelgreene.com.

At this time PGA will not sponsor a new applicant for work authorization.
