Senior Director, Product Management (Remote)

As the Sr. Director of Product Management, you will drive product strategy, execution for the portfolio of Sourcing Solutions, and drive engagement with strategic customers, marketing, sales leadership, as well as, analysts to identify market opportunities and secure and align product portfolio investments. Critical skill sets and experience include understanding of business practices associated with sourcing, spend management, analytics, savings management, contracting and supplier relationship management for direct and indirect materials management. You will combine your industry experience with customers interviews, analyst inquiries and sales engagements with prospects, and market research to set the priorities for the solution and increase revenue, user adoption and application footprint. • Developing and driving vision and product strategy across a broad product portfolio. Understanding how customers leverage business to business transaction platforms to streamline business processes.
• Provide leadership for market strategy, technical, marketing, and lifecycle management aspects of the product.
• Analyze the competitive landscape for opportunities.
• Conduct market and ROI analysis and make buy/build/partner decisions.
• Approve final marketing and go-to-market plans
• Work with key customers, analysts, and members of the field organization to gather requirements for future investments.
• Maintain the product portfolio roadmap and represent it for the product internally and externally.
• Work effectively across functions to ensure product objectives are achieved.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, business, sourcing/procurement, supply chain, MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years product leadership experience in the Sourcing and Procurement solutions, or enterprise resource planning software and recognized as an expert and viewed as such by our customers, analysts, and product team members.
• Experience with any of the following integration solutions: B2B sourcing & procurement, supply chain, analytics, API management, Enterprise class SaaS and PaaS solutions.
• Proven track record in growing portfolios.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills, and the ability to balance multiple ongoing responsibilities and appropriately communicate issues.
• Strong knowledge and skills in business process, workflow analysis and design.
• Financial acumen- able to manage budgets, pricing strategies, and develop business cases.
• Experience presenting to C-level audiences, analysts, customer forums, and conference panels.
• Knowledge of Agile software development lifecycle process and methodologies
• Demonstrated team management and leadership skills for a product organization spread across geographies.
• Pragmatic Institute Certification or equivalent.
• Ability to travel post COVID 19 restrictions.
