The Capital Markets Technology - Software Engineering - Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
As a valued contributor to our team, you will design, produce, test, or implement software, technology, or processes across multiple projects, programs, or products, as well as create and maintain IT architecture, large scale data stores, and cloud-based systems.

Minimum Required Experiences
- 6 years of experience in data engineering, ETL and analytics
- 3 years of experience in Python, Java, or Scala
- 3 years of experience building real-time data products
- 3 years of experience working with Cloud technologies
- S3, AWS Glue, Redshift and Dremio
MicroStrategy and Tableu
Desired Experiences
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Architect, design and lead implementation on building a data lake to enable advanced analytics which generate insights that can be incorporated in to business decisioning
- Demonstrates innovative practices to stream data from different producers into a data lake
- Demonstrates the highest level of hands-on development and big picture architecture; able to mentor engineers and educate executives
- Collaborate with enterprise teams on developing and adhering to the company standards in terms of data
- Collaborate with internal teams to find areas of opportunities for automation and machine learning
- Provide technical vision, technical solutions and directions to build complex and sustainable data ecosystem / platform
- Guide the design, development, deployment and management highly reliable and scalable data pipelines and platforms for data movement & consumption
- Develop advanced analytics, machine learning, computational linguistics-NLP, intelligent robotic process automation and artificial intelligence solutions.
- Develop tools and techniques for bias detection, algorithmic fairness, model explainability for AI and ML solutions
- Coordinate product and/or business owners across divisions or product lines, data engineers, and platform teams to define business needs and advise on current capabilities, data availability, and alternative uses.
- Use advanced predictive analytic capabilities to enhance the delivery of business applications and support the integration of data and statistical models or algorithms. Apply new or innovative practices in research and testing to product development, deployment, and maintenance
- Work with AWS AI/ML services including integration of services and APIs to create new solutions
- Design new modeling applications to support risk measurement, financial valuation, decision making, and business performance.
- Design data visualizations, technical documentation, and non-technical presentation materials to communicate complex ideas and solutions to business partners.
