Senior Business Consultant - SAP FICO

• Minimum of 5 years overall FICO experience with ability to work in the USA without current or future visa sponsorship

• Must have previous professional experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs

• Must be able to engage with client in process centric discussion around Finance functionality

• Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP Finance implementations in a hands-on capacity

• Ability to speak business language and translate business requirements into functional specification.

• Proven ability to provide technical direction for complex SAP S/4 HANA issues, and can collaborate with the business and developers and execute on agreed timelines

• Must be able to deep dive into existing SAP configuration and have a proven ability to provide direction for complex SAP S/4HANA finance issues

• Ability to plan and estimate timelines for specific tasks assigned

• Working knowledge of configuration for all (or any) of the following:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required

• Excellent communication skills: written, visual (PPT) and spoken

• Strong analytical skills

• Team player and self-starter

• Strong interpersonal skills. Able to interact effectively both internally and externally.
