AECOM is actively seeking a talented Senior Aviation Manager based at the Franklin, TN office. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects. This position is expected to begin in February 2021.

Senior Aviation Manager - Program Management

+ Manages projects and programs for aviation clients

+ Provides strategic plan and delivery for a key client and program success; has broad project management impact.

+ Manages landside, airside and terminal improvements.

+ Manages Aviation Programs as an Owners Representative through past experience.

+ Manages Aviation Construction Projects.

+ Alternative Project Delivery experience inclusive of design-build, CMAR, and CM/GC is preferred.

+ Prepares and delivers presentations on behalf and in support of the client’s program.

+ Serves as the single point of contact to the client and acts as a liaison between management and stakeholders on advanced program-related issues.

+ Interacts with executive-level government or public officials and/or executive-level clients on significant project matters often requiring coordination between organizations.

+ Successful delivery of proposals

Minimum Requirements

+ BA/BS in Civil Engineering or related engineering field

+ 10 plus years of civil aviation program management experience or a related field of engineering program management, including 2 years of leadership

Preferred Qualifications

+ Professional Engineer License

+ 12 plus years experience as an aviation program management

+ Experience writing successful proposals

+ Experience in design-build and delivery

+ Client relationship experience and proven success
