Senior Arbitrage Rebate Analyst

Overview: The Business Law Rebate Analyst is a vital part of our Finance Practice Group and is a member of the client service team working closely with attorneys and clients. The Rebate Analyst will rely on analytical, financial and Excel modeling skills to assist with services related to tax compliance, while providing calculations for expense allocations and investment analyses. Responsibilities:

• Prepare tax compliance calculations and reports
• Generate financial reporting, cash flow tables, and related investment valuation analyses
• Manage financial statements, organize and review bond documents
• Coordinate communications and information between clients and attorneys
• Assist with finance-related compliance projects
• Coordinate information and workflow for the Finance and Public Finance practice groups, including timely communications for members of the finance team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field required
• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a business-related environment required
• Working knowledge of finance principles
• Ability to navigate and manage multiple deadlines to help achieve clients' business objectives
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a very high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and financial modeling experience, advanced Excel skills, programming experience preferred

Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Denver based position is between $75,000 - $100,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
