Responsibilities:Primary Responsibility:
Overall accountability reviewing and delivering revenue analyses that measure and support the organization’s revenue management strategies. To use strong financial acumen and analytical skills to maximize revenue in finite capacity markets, to build business in unconstrained capacity markets, and to exhibit cross-functional leadership in working with business development, pricing, supply chain solutions, operations, and finance colleagues.

Essential Functions:
Customer Profitability and Yield Management
  • Perform financial analysis to assess profitability of key customers
  • Engage with IT and other departments to drive enhancements and data accuracy of the
profitability tool.
  • Utilize internal tools and work with account owners and site management to review pricing
accuracy and identify customer profile changes and measure financial impact that will drive yield
opportunities.
  • Utilize internal data sources and identify underperforming accounts driving yield initiatives.
  • Support Pricing and SCS teams in executing new business solutions, renewals and contract
amendments by identifying underperforming accounts and suggesting resolution price points to
ensure margins are aligned with market objectives.
  • Lead Post Investment Reviews in order to drive accountability for project returns across the organization and suggest continuous improvements.
Strategic Projects & Commercial Oversight
  • Develop business cases using financial modeling techniques to support client proposals and
internal initiatives.
  • Prepare C-Level presentations and present results to key stakeholders in order to support
informed business decisions by providing in-depth analysis and recommendations.
  • Perform reporting and analysis of key performance metrics to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Perform contract reviews to ensure compliance with commercial business rules.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams including FP&A, Supply Chain Solutions, Operations
and IT in obtaining relevant information to support analysis and optimize revenue management
objectives

Ad Hoc Projects & Financial Analysis
  • Work closely with cross functional teams including FP&A, SCS, Operations and IT in obtaining
relevant data supporting analysis and enhancing internal business intelligence tool.
  • Continually implement improvements to revenue management tools and processes.
  • Provide financial analysis, reporting, and decision making support for key business activities.
  • Develop power point decks and reporting tools to present complex financial information to
senior management.
  • Flexible and willing to assume other duties and ad hoc projects as needed supporting Commercial Finance, Business Development, as well as senior leadership teams.
  • Provide training and guidance to analysts and interns.
Qualifications:Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in accounting, finance, sale reporting or performance reporting.
  • Revenue management or pricing experience preferred.
  • Proven success in creating and maintaining complex quantitative modeling financial tools.
  • Experience in developing presentations for senior management.
  • Advanced computer skills in Excel, Access, Word, Power Point, and Visio.
  • SAP, BPC, and Salesforce knowledge a plus.

charting, conditional formatting, VBAs & Macros, etc.).
