About this PositionThe ideal candidate will have at least five years of executive administrative experience, including experience in:- Budgets: preparing, tracking, matching expenses, preparing/analyzing reports and other tasks related to managing budgets
- Travel: manage complex travel arrangements and expense reimbursements; travel and meeting arrangements, including accommodations for third parties, may be required
- Paying invoices: process new and recurring payments to outside providers to include auditing of invoices to ensure compliance with Corporate policies, tracking budget, etc.
Candidate will also be responsible for:
- Lobbying Reports: tracking, processing, and filing of required lobbying activity reports to federal and state authorities
- PAC Support: check requisitions to politicians and supporting the PAC budget process
- Other: Compile bi-weekly attorney reports; generate periodic reports, graphs and PowerPoints with complex data summarized in a simple format
- Technology: Significant knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, PowerPoint, Concur, WorkDay, PeopleSoft, COGNOS and TM1 very helpful.
This is a fast-paced position requiring the individual to be responsive to time-sensitive and confidential matters, effectively manage concurrent tasks, and prioritize departmental needs as they arise.Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Five to seven years of experience in legal and/or executive management.
- College degree preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong cooperative, positive, and professional attitude.
- Detail-oriented.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe Pro, WorkDay, Concur, PeopleSoft, COGNOS and TM1 preferred
- Accurate typing 50+ wpm.
- Good mathematical aptitude.
- Ability and initiative to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting concurrent deadlines.
- Knowledge of Company organization and administration policies and procedures preferred.
