Stanley Consultants is currently looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide complete administrative support to the senior leadership team in the Broomfield, CO office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and direct guests entering and leaving facilities; handle all incoming and outgoing calls
- Concur administrator for leadership team members, including assistance with travel booking and preparation of expense reports
- Provide meeting setup, travel arrangements and other miscellaneous tasks/projects as needed
- Format leadership communications, presentations and other documentation, as required, using Stanley templates
- Type, revise and combine materials such as correspondence, records, forms, meeting minutes, numerical data, and tabular information from rough draft, corrected copy or previous versions
- Update documentation in Company SharePoint Site
- Schedule use of conference rooms in the office
- Process invoices and provide administrative support for the Corporate Marketing team
- Maintains office and kitchen supplies and replenishes as necessary
- Assist with Board of Directors meetings, including all arrangements, booking conference rooms, ordering meals, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years of office administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in MS Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- An attitude and commitment to be an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess the knowledge and expertise to be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Hourly Range: $25 to $28
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location.
