Senior Account Manager -Managed Services

Role

  • Carry accountability to drive revenue growth and establishing and managing client relationship with key decision makers
  • Establishing and building ""trust" and leverage client context by understanding client's overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to achieve the targets
  • Demonstrate strategic vision and depth to outgrow the competition and position emids as the partner of choice for the client’s overall account to include work quality and customer satisfaction.
  • A team player and be able to both lead and follow
  • This position will be held accountable against Measurable Revenue/Profit Growth within set timelines.

Responsibilities

  • 12+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience in US healthcare payer business
  • Attitude to mine accounts where there are existing relationships and build new relationships.
  • Global Delivery Model experience preferred
  • Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams desirable
  • Track record as Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship highly desirable
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations, comfortable with IT productivity tools.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
  • Must bring consulting /relationship management skills and a deep appreciation of IT tools, techniques, systems and solutions.

Requirements

  • BS/MS degrees

Education Requirements:

Bachelors Degree Preferred

Travel 50%+

Location: Remote but prefer East Coast or MidWest residents
