Seeking An Experienced Architectural Draftsman

We are seeking an experienced Senior Draftsman to join our team.

The successful candidate must be a motivated self-starter capable of working independently, and a team player capable of communicating clearly with colleagues and clients. A minimum of (5) years experience is required in the architectural field. Experience and willingness to measure buildings is a plus. Entry level to Senior level encouraged to apply. Pay is based on experience.

We are a leading building survey and computer drafting company, providing complete on-site data collection and high quality plans and drawings throughout New York and surrounding areas. We provide Existing Conditions Plans, Sections and Elevations, Construction Drawings, Shop Drawings, Rental Plans/Tenant Area Calculations, Structural/Mechanical Drawings and more.

We have worked on every kind of building conceivable from condos and co-ops to hotels, offices, warehouses, hospitals, schools, airports, historic landmarks and more.

Our office is located in Carle Place, NY next to the LIRR station.
