Lockheed Martin is regularly recognized for its industry leading Corporate Security organization. Lockheed Martin Aeronautics-Greenville is an industry leading Sustainment Operation consisting of P-3 Orion, C-130 Hercules, UH-60 Blackhawk, F-16 production, plus Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS), a low cost, high output sustainment operation with numerous contracts throughout the world.

This position will serve as the Security Representative Associate Manager and Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) in support of the Greenville Site and Field Sustainment Operations. The AFSO will be responsible for National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) compliance of the Greenville Site and Field Sustainment. In addition to NISP compliance, this position will also function in an additional role overseeing the security administration of Production and Sustainment operations.

Must be a United States citizen. Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:

• Experience with National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) requirements.
• Microsoft Office Applications
• Experience leading a project or team

Desired Skills:
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the others:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
• Possess a current Security Clearance
• Facility Security Officer (FSO) experience
• FSO certification
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and grow subordinate Security Team members.
• Self-driven and results-oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently and across an ambiguous and uncertain landscape.
• Highly organized and have very advanced oral and written communication skills.
• General knowledge of industrial security for collateral programs that includes (but not limited to) the following: National Industrial Security Program disciplines: Personnel Security, Physical Security, Visits, Contracting, Security Education and Training, Counterintelligence, Insider Threat, Classification and Marking, and International Security.
• Working knowledge of National Industrial Security System (NISS), Security Information Management System (SIMS), JPAS and processing adverse actions.
• Knowledge of COMSEC policies and procedures.
