Where We Need You: We are seeking an experienced Digital Identity Professional to join Protiviti, a company that is routinely recognized as a best place to work, as a Security & Privacy focused Business Development Vice President. Protiviti’s Digital Identity practice is a key offering within Protiviti’s Security & Privacy practice. What You Can Expect: As the Security & Privacy Business Development Vice President, you will primarily be responsible for growing and expanding the Digital Identity business between Protiviti and its clients and prospects. You will also dedicate your time to generate new Security & Privacy opportunities across Protiviti’s clients and prospects within Protiviti solutions. You will initiate, qualify (ensure the prospect fits with the firm’s strategic direction) and develop new business with clients and prospective clients to meet or exceed pre-agreed-upon sales goals. You will work under the direction of the Global Strategic Account Management Business Development Leader, as well as Regional and Solution Leaders, focusing on new prospective clients, as well as existing accounts where there is significant potential for additional revenue expansion. You will also work with industry leadership to identify target account lists to target solutions to companies based on the firm’s strategy, priorities, and initiatives. What You Will Be Doing:
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities at prospects and existing client accounts.
  • Organize and execute a multifaceted sales plan, including cold-calling, phone, and email/mail campaigns, to effectively make direct contact with prospects.
  • Build effective and collaborative relationships with the key decision makers within prospective clients.
  • Identify winning account strategies by understanding the client’s business issues, risks and problems and creating opportunities for Protiviti to offer our solutions to address these client needs
  • Participate in Protiviti Digital Identity and Security & Privacy Team meetings and select Solution meetings to understand current pursuits, hot topics and gather relevant new thought leadership to pass along to prospects.
  • Participate in sales presentations of Protiviti products and services, and meet in person with potential clients
  • Participate in trade organizations and informal networks to develop, build, and sustain a robust set of professional relationships
  • In partnership with marketing, execute events and other outreach campaigns to identify and engage targets, and build the Protiviti brand in the marketplace
  • Participate with a team of Digital Identity and Security & Privacy Managing Directors and other industry personnel in the pursuit process that moves prospects through all stages of the sales process
  • Work with regional leads, industry leaders and solution leaders to maximize cross-selling opportunities
  • Utilize our Salesforce system on a continuous basis to ensure that data reporting, client/prospect information and sales activity/pipeline are up to date
What Will Help You Be Successful:
  • Proven record in selling complex Digital Identity, Cybersecurity and Privacy related services and solutions.
  • Intimate knowledge of Identity and Access Management solutions from leading Manufacturers such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity, and Microsoft.
  • Broad-based knowledge of Protiviti’s offerings and services.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of business development, account management and sales experience within professional services firms or the broader market, ideally with a focus on financial services, healthcare or other significant industry experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of selling complex Identity and Access Management solutions.
  • Experience selling Cybersecurity solutions is not required, but preferred.
