Job Description

secretary/office manager for our office, we are a safety consulting company that teaches mining/constuction/gas and oil classes, the day to day will be answering phones, scheduling and doing drug testing at our location, as well as other normal secretary type things answering email etc. we are looking for someone who can work well with little direction most of our days we are out of the office teaching classes so the only people in the office most of the time are the secretary's must have good customer service skills! strong computer skills working with excel programs accounts payable accounts receivable etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
