Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you also have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive Administrative Assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

Answer phone inquiries, direct calls and provide basic company information

Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed

Assist in planning company events, meetings, luncheons, and employee team building activities or special projects

Help prepare reports, presentations, and data

Manage and maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings

Type documents, drafts, and reports

Prepare information and research for executive needs

Take photos of products as needed and file them accordingly

Requirements and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service, or related field is a plus but not required

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars using outlook

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to learn and to grow with the company

Experience:
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Personal assistant experience: 1 year (Preferred)
