Seasonal Fraud Analyst, Full or Part time opportunity

SharperImage.com has a seasonal 5-month opportunity available for a full time Fraud Analyst. We are an American brand that offers consumers home electronics, air purifiers, gifts and other high-tech lifestyle products for sale online and through our catalog. We are in need of a highly motivated individual skilled in internet research techniques to assist us with fraud research during our Holiday sales season.

Duties

• Review analyze, and make fast accurate decisions on cases flagged for manual fraud review in a CNP (Card Not Present) environment.
• Verify customers using 3rd party search tools.
• Call cardholders to verify orders when applicable.
• Respond to chargebacks by
• Evaluating the complaint
• Researching the dispute
• Resolving the chargeback by preparing and submitting the required documentation required for the dispute code.

Skills

• Understanding of fraud prevention as it relates to e-commerce transaction
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills
• Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft excel skills
• Professional manner and strong ethical code

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
