Our Seamstress/Tailor works closely with our Uniform Specialist to fit our incoming staff for various positions while also maintaining the appearance of existing employees uniforms.

As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for:

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers/team members.
• Oversee uniform distribution process for all newly hired team members, to include fitting, ordering as needed, and distributing the appropriate number of items.
• Conduct uniform measurements/fittings for all team members that require uniforms.
• Receive uniform items, unpack and verify shipments, and store items appropriately.
• Ensure appropriate and timely alteration and repair of uniforms to meet team member's needs, either through alteration/repair on own or through an external vendor.
• Maintain good relationships with uniform vendors.
• Coordinate dry cleaning for used uniform items, as well as team member personal use of services.
• Maintain an organized uniform room, including uniforms, filing, and supplies.
• Maintain tracking of uniforms that are to be destroyed or are no longer used.
• Assist Uniform Specialist with tracking, inventory, collection, and other duties as needed
• Follows GuestPath Universal Service Standards, Operational Service Standards, and SERVE expectations at all times.
• Performs duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff.
• Performs any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position's job description, where, in the Company's judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.
