Job description
Washington Institute for Health Sciences (WIHS) is a nonprofit academic organization located in the Washington metropolitan area, USA. The purpose of WIHS is to promote the development of health sciences, technologies, and services through research, education, and international scholarly exchange programs. Our current research focuses on the application of artificial intelligence technology in scientific research.
Responsibilities
- Teach students the background knowledge of astronomy
- Guide students to complete scientific research projects and participate in academic conferences or paper presentations
Skill/Experience/Education
- Ph.D. in astronomy
- 3+ years of scientific research experience
- Strong knowledge of scientific research project design
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Effective teaching, interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $3,000.00 for projects completed within 2 years, payable according to the stage of project completion.
Schedule: Mentors arrange their own working hours, it is recommended to work bout 1-2 hours per week.
