Job Summary:
The Special Education Social Worker provides services to Special Education students. The Social Worker also assists the staff with determining appropriate data collection methods, evaluates observation data and makes recommendations to the building team and building administrator that may include plan modifications or new strategy implementation.
Salary & Benefits:Teacher Basic Salary Schedule + $2,000 Hiring Bonus (contingent upon grant funding)
Health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.Employees shall be subject to the co-payment of health care costs equal to the difference between the premium cost and the annual cost limitation imposed on public employers.

Experience:
Previous social work experience in a public school setting or related agency preferred.
