  • $29.34/hr starting wage once training has been completed*
  • $4000.00 Sign On Bonus for Fully Licensed CDL and State School Bus Certificate Drivers*

**Sign on Bonus expires 3/31/22 – Must be an active employee at the time of payout to receive. Payout schedule applies.

As a First Student Bus Driver, your major responsibilities will be to:

  • Safely transports passengers
  • Perform pre/post trip vehicle inspections
  • Assists students in the loading and unloading process

Requirements of a School Bus Driver:

  • Good verbal communication skills
  • At least 21 years old
  • Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
  • Be subject to a drug test and physical
