Job Description

Looking for enthusiastic Licensed Therapists to join our team!

As a School-Based Therapist you will:

  • Provide clinical assessments and interventions for students.
  • Provide individual and group therapy, based on need (anxiety, grief, etc), maintaining a full caseload.
  • Participate in meetings as necessary (staff, trainings, IEPs, community forums, etc.).
  • Maintain data on students served and outcome measures.
  • Foster effective communication with students, parents, and other staff members.
  • Use effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervising staff.
  • Work with partner agencies to meet outlined benchmarks, when necessary.
  • Participate in clinical supervision if working toward clinical licensure.
  • Perform essential functions.

Requires:

  • Master’s degree in social work or counseling and be culturally responsive.
  • Experience working with adolescents and families is preferred.
  • Candidates must possess or be eligible for and working towards Maryland State License as a clinical social worker or professional counselor.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
