What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead a scheduling team including the “after-hours” schedulers
- Accurately matching each CAREGiver’s skill set with the needs of clients
- Ensure all documentation and communication is clear, concise, and correct
- Communicates the coordination of client care information, changes to care, and provides details to all relevant team members, other providers, and family members
The right candidate:
- Has home care scheduling experience but it’s not a deal-breaker if you don’t
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment (90% of our calls are for scheduling!)
- Can communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Has a strong desire to help others
- Motivates and inspires others to achieve goals
- Has strong multi-tasking, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Has computer skills
