GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Package, Process and Submit SBA & USDA Loan Applications, assist Loan Officers and BDO's in the completion of SBA & USDA Applications, prepare package for Credit Analysis/Analyst.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Collect all SBA & USDA Loan Application documentation from borrower(s)/guarantor(s).
2. Work closely with LO and BDO to complete application forms and collect all supporting documentation from borrower(s)/guarantor(s).
3. Prepare the Packaging Checklist, send to loan officer (or borrower) and provide weekly updates.
4. Submit SBA/USDA package to SBA Credit Analyst to review and prepare the credit memo/analysis, request and provide any missing documentation.
5. Pull CAVIRS Report ? VERIFY eligibility for SBA Program/financing.
6. Pull SAM.gov ? VERIFY eligibility for borrower/guarantor(s), and brokers, if applicable.
7. Pull LexisNexis Reports on borrower/guarantors, and request letter of explanation for any credit issues, arrests, etc.
8. Pull/review credit reports for matters requiring a letter of explanation and supporting documentation.
9. Prepare INS Forms for non-US Citizens (see Form 1919 and Form 912).
10. Pull Dunn&Bradstreet Reports ? VERIFY eligibility of SBA Program.
11. Pull County/State/Fed Reports to VERIFY no tax liens, collections, etc for eligibility of SBA Program.
12. Create folder in Pdrive/SBA folder for all loan applications, move any applications in the Pdrive/SBA Loan Applications folder to the Pdrive/SBA folder (maintain/clean out any delete duplicate folder).
13. Manage/update Pipeline Report daily.
14. Pull and Verify the IRS 4506-T, Income Verification Express System - includes ordering the 4506T's and verifying that all information on submitted tax returns is correct.
15. Verify Cash Injection (bank statements, 401k/IRA, Stock/Bond Statements, CD's, Cash Value of Life Insurance, etc) ? VERIFY PERSONAL FINANCIAL STATEMENT.
16. Prepare Cash Injection Spreadsheet and VERIFY CASH INJECTION.
17. Understand the workings of GL's and Wire Products.
18. Provide instructions for packaging/application fee submissions from borrower.
19. Review package with Dept. Manager prior to submission to credit analyst.
20. Work closely with the credit analyst to clear remaining items/issues.
21. Assign credit analyst and inform LO/BDO, borrower, and broker, if applicable.
22. Process GL Tickets for incoming funds/fees, process wires.
23. Advise SBA of any changes to Approval via a Change/Modification memorandum, responsible for receiving approval of all changes.
24. Complete required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned.
25. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
26. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format; Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane, algebra, solid geometry and trigonometry.
CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

A high level of knowledge in loan documentation is required, must know State Statutes (FL, AR, AL) in regards to filing appropriate documentation. Must choose the proper documentation for each SBA loan type, without supervision. Must be detail oriented, analytical and organized. Must be good at time management, customer service oriented and self-directed.
