Summary:
NIMBL is looking for an SAP Functional Analyst to support the Sales and Distribution area with specific experience supporting AFS requirements. This Analyst will collaborate with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies. They will participate in gathering requirements, including leading, designing and providing guidance on recommendations. This analyst will be responsible for implementing proposed solutions and facilitating through the change process.

Summary:
NIMBL is looking for an SAP Functional Analyst to support the Sales and Distribution area with specific experience supporting AFS requirements. This Analyst will collaborate with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies. They will participate in gathering requirements, including leading, designing and providing guidance on recommendations. This analyst will be responsible for implementing proposed solutions and facilitating through the change process.
What you’ll do:
- Ability to work closely with business personnel to understand pain areas and provide insight and process improvements. Areas of focus will include but are not limited to Pricing, output determination, credit management, order processing, quotations, variant config, billing, EDI, master data, delivery processing.
- Collaborate with business partners within the business areas to align technology solutions with business strategies. Demonstrate an in depth knowledge of the SD core functionality, in the context of the business client’s function, to identify and communicate how IT solutions can assist.
- Responsible for leading the collection, analysis, documentation, and coordination of a client’s business requirements. Provide guidance on recommendations.
- Collaborates with the business on current processes and proposes solutions to enhance current functionality. Advise on system options, risk, cost versus benefits and impacts on business process. Provides guidance to other Functional Analysts in relation to cross functional impacts/testing and designs.
- Establishes testing strategy for the SD module area and leads End to End integration testing.
- Troubleshoot and lead the evaluation and design of the correction for complex incidents. Ensures solutions are in alignment with long term business needs.
- Communicate technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of individuals, including managers, business owners and technical counterparts.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Experience with design/configuration and testing for core Sales and Distribution components
- Experience with design/configuration and testing for core Industry Solution- Apparel Footwear Solution (AFS)
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with partners and team members
- Proactive and organized approach to support a fast-paced production support environment
- 8 years experience in Sales and Distribution modules gathering requirements, configuring and customizing.
Top Nice to Haves:
- Experience with migration tasks from ECC to S4H (CVI master data migration)
- EDI processing/interface knowledge
- SAP certification(s) strongly preferred

Base salary range: 80-150k
- Discretionary Annual Bonus Potential: up to 10% of base salary based on company and individual key performance indicators.
