Job Description
Overview: TDS, a Fortune® 1000 national communications company, has a great opportunity for an SAP Business Systems Analyst. This position provides an exciting opportunity for a self-directed, customer service-oriented individual to join a progressive technology team integral to the success of the TDS family of companies: U.S. Cellular, TDS Telecom, OneNeck IT Solutions, BendBroadband and Suttle-Straus.
We are open to filling this role REMOTELY or once our offices safely reopen, at any of our physical office locations.
NOTE: We have one opportunity available and can fill this position as an SAP Business Systems Analyst 2 or a Sr. SAP Business Systems Analyst based on skills and relevant experiences.
This is a full-time, in-house opportunity. We are unable to provide sponsorship and this is not a contract to hire position.

Responsibilities: The SAP Business Systems Analyst partners with customers to develop, support and document business processes, procedures and systems. This position configures applications and provides functional oversight for custom software development. The SAP Business Systems Analyst also assists in project management, implementation planning and test approach / planning.
Specifically, the SAP Business Systems Analyst will support a broad range of supply chain processes including planning and purchasing (PP), materials management (MM), inventory / warehouse management (IM / WM) and sales and distribution (SD). In addition, SAP Ariba, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and SAP Business Intelligence (BI) will also be utilized and supported.Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or related field -OR- 4+ years equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 1+ years relevant work experience in information technology systems that support critical business processes
  • Business process and ERP systems experience in supply chain and logistics

Other Qualifications:

  • Inventory Management, Accounts Payable and Fixed Asset Tracking Management experience a plus
  • Experience in process design, including developing and executing process improvements
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies; programming logic and work-flow concepts; and test planning, coordination and execution
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in technical and non-technical terms, at all levels, within and outside the organization with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to document, communicate, and implement innovative solutions
  • Strong technical aptitude, initiative, creativity, and excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through
