Required Qualifications for SAP ABAP Architect

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.

• Role may require travel to project locations.

Preferred Qualifications for SAP ABAP Architect

• At least 7 years of experience in ABAP development in SAP ECC & S/4 HANA with hands on experience in lead role for the Build/Test/Deploy phases of a new S/4 Greenfield Implementation.

• Diverse Technical Experience working with SAP’s IDE tools/concepts for complex enhancements/interfaces across SCM, LE, OTC, FIN, manufacturing, EWM, OTC, P2P, etc.

• Strong experience in ABAP on HANA, AMDP, code push down techniques, CDS views, Business Object Processing Framework(BOPF) and backend oData services,

• Experience with estimating overall development effort, staffing recommendations and level of effort by development object

• Experience in building SAP high level application roadmaps (SAP, non-SAP).

• Experience of authoring and delivering System Landscape Diagrams; System Context Diagrams; and Dataflow Diagrams, including SAP and non-SAP applications, for interim and end states.

• Expertise in handling interfaces with various systems (both internal and external to the organization)

• Exposure of handling IDocs (EDI), background job, SAP system life cycle, testing

• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple streams to get the WRICEF requirements, effort estimates and the related approach based on functionality scope

• Well versed with development standards in SAP S4 HANA

• Good debugging skills to trouble-shoot customer issues and complex programs

• Experience with SAP Activate Methodology and Agile Methodology.

• Team leadership experience

• SAP product certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $73,375.14 - $141,516.01 per year
