Ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready for production. Documents required production data. Essential Functions: Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Responsible for cleaning production area including cleaning floor, dusting equipment/pipes and ceiling lights, and washing walls/windows.

• Performs sanitizing by using specific food grade cleaning agents. • Responsible for passing sanitation swab test after sanitizing. • Maintains personal protective equipment supplies throughout the production facility. • Inspects equipment daily to be sure it is clean and sanitary.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed. Food Safety Requirements/Responsibilities: • Complies with all Plant, State and Federal OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations. • Understands applicable SQF requirements. Other & Miscellaneous: • Ability to work as part of a team; capable of learning multiple jobs and maintain a high quality of work.
