Job Description

We are looking for a competent Office & Sales Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative & sales operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Responsibilities

  • Entering & submitting customer Special Order Sales
  • Following up on outstanding customer orders, sales, install
  • Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel on occasion to meetings, trainings, or to support neighboring stores. In a sales environment w/ required sales goals
  • Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
  • Recommend and display items that match customer needs
  • Welcome and greet customers
  • Manage point-of-sale processes
  • Keep up to date with product information
  • Accurately describe product features and benefits
  • Follow all companies policies and procedures
  • Must have Microsoft Office experience: Excel, Word mainly
  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed

Pay Rate & Hours

  • Job Type: Full-time, M-F 8:Am- 5:PM/ Saturdays 8:AM-1:PM or by appointments per request if needed by client.
  • Salary/ Pay $15-$20 (Depending on Experience & Growth)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
