Job Description

As a Salesforce Manager, this person will understand and proactively monitor aspects of the Salesforce technical/functional capabilities, execute all changes related to the Salesforce day to day work and third-party integrations, and support business initiatives with optimized reporting and dashboards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manage security, users, profiles, groups, queues, sharing rules and other setup options
  • Prepare data files and uploads into Salesforce using the data load and other 3rd party tools
  • Provide technical support, training, and backup for all internal and Community Salesforce users
  • Manage a process to deploy updates, enhancements and new system functionality including the creation of custom objects, custom formulas, scalable triggers and workflows
  • Serve as a SME for Salesforce.com
  • Shares best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of customer support and contribute to knowledge base
  • Develop reports, dashboards and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
  • Provide the management team with activity and dashboards as needed applications and the user interface using Salesforce.com programming languages
  • Lead Salesforce user training
  • Customize SF apps, objects, files, record types and layouts
  • Configure workflow rules, visuals and process builder flows

  • 3+ years of experience in a complex Salesforce environment (over 100 users), specifically in a Salesforce Admin capacity or similar
  • Salesforce certifications
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
  • Experience Form Assembly and Hubspot preferred

Education

  • BA/BS degree for relevant experience

Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant Salesforce development or admin experience

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
