As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. To ensure success as a Salesforce Developer, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. Ultimately, a top-class Salesforce Developer can create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that perfectly meet the evolving needs of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with business partners to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment.
- Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products.
- Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation.
- Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans).
- Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third-party applications
- Apply best practices and design patterns of best-of-breed applications developed on the Salesforce. com platform
- Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform.
- Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts.
- Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance.
- Act as a point of escalation for Service Desk and NOC ticketing for advanced issue resolution.
- Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce Staff.
- Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
- Salesforce developer will be responsible for developing solutions that will leverage Lightning, VisualForce, Salesforce API and other latest technologies.
- Build new functionalities and implement improvements in Salesforce application.

- Implementations change control from development sandboxes to production and across the development lifecycle. Ensure that all necessary changes are documented, reviewed, tested, and approved before being deployed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required - Computer Science, MIS or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
- Experience with SFDC administrative tools such as managing users, data management, generating reports, dashboards and communication templates.
- Hands on experience with Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning component development, Salesforce.com APIs, Apex Data loader, Workflows, Triggers and workbench.
- Hands on experience on Javascript & related client-side technologies.
- Salesforce Administration and Configuration Experience.
- Experience is Salesforce Data Loader.
- Experience working with integrating 3rd party systems with Salesforce.
- Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies such as XP/SCRUM.
- Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.).
- Experience and expertise in core web technologies including HTML5, Javascript and jQuery.
- Software engineering skills with Force.com; proficient in Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Unit Testing, as well as MYSQL, JavaScript, and Native.
- A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment.

- 2+ years’ previous development experience in Salesforce.
- Experience working with Financial Service Cloud.

- Design and architect solutions using Mule ESB and the Anypoint Platform.
- Develop and build APIs and integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Experience of using Visual Studio Code/Eclipse for development, Github/Bitbucket for Sourcecode management and using ANT/ANT Migration tool for deployment.
- Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL/SOQL, Java/C++/OOP.
- Force.com Certified Developer Certification
