Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of total IT experience with at least 1+ years of Salesforce experience
- Project experience delivering Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud work
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Apex/Lightning coding knowledge not required)
- Experience working with business to elicit requirements and translate those to user-stories
- Experience performing business-demos and getting user-story-acceptance completed by business
- Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, Agile environment and manage agile task assignments
- Strong preference for candidates who are Salesforce.com certified in the following areas - Administrator and Service Cloud Consultant
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems. Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
