About You

The Sales Support Specialist is a key member of our operations team. You are able to efficiently handle serviceability, deal registrations quoting, contracting provider orders, and productivity time management. You are also comfortable providing vital quote support for complex providers to internal stakeholders and external Advisors. We are looking for someone to contribute to quality customer service and help the team meet its OKR objectives.

What you'll do and how you'll have an impact

  • Create quotes and contracts for Complex Products and Providers

  • Register Deals

  • Be the Advisor point of contact for Quote management (Quote timeframes, Quote status)

  • Process serviceability checks and quote requests

  • Create and deliver contract request as per SLA

  • Communicate internally and/or externally to obtain missing or invalid quote information

  • Be available to handle questions from advisors about pending quotes

  • Ensure Quality assurance - Check quote details to ensure they are accurate and complete

  • Conduct daily audits and close new opportunities in salesforce by utilizing personal dashboards created in Salesforce to track workflow.

  • Enter signed orders that are generated internally and externally in SFDC

  • Conduct daily funnel audits and close new orders in salesforce by utilizing personal dashboards created in Salesforce to track workflow.

  • Submit new orders within 24 hours of receipt in CLOSED WON status.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or a definitive history of operations employment

  • 2-3 years of Telecommunications experience

  • Efficient with Google G-suite, Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and various business software applications (Zendesk, etc.)

  • Excellent organizational skills to coordinate all aspects of Quoting
