The Sales Support Analyst position will be responsible for entering orders including pricing validation, inputting data into company systems, preparing apparatus user manuals and transportation documentation, and tracking and analyzing quotes and orders. Additionally, this role may assist in quotation reviews and approvals and merchandising through the company store.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Adhere to defined processes to provide routine and consistent follow up to both internal and external customers
  • Coordinate, review and facilitate processing of emergency response quotes and/or orders through established sales/transaction processes
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Accurately enter all data and information into multiple electronic systems and formats (Quote & Order Software/AS400/ ERP/Microsoft Office suite, Scheduling Systems)
  • Assemble Technical Manuals and shipping documents
  • Identify effective process improvements
  • Interact with outside and inside sales team, external customers, and dealers
  • Work cross functionally with Finance for billing adjustments, as well as a number of other internal teams
  • Other tasks as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates Degree (preferred), three to five years related experience with quote and order processing/manufacturing/customer service, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven ability to accurately enter information and data into electronic systems
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, Database Systems, Sales Management tools and systems
  • Versatile, flexible, and a willingness to work with changing priorities
  • Strong and consistent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to stay on task
  • Creative and innovative team player

High School Diploma or GED required Associates or Technical Degree preferred

3+ years experience with quote and order processing / manufacturing / customer service.
