Miracle-Ear in Overland Park, KS is actively seeking an efficient full-time Sales Representative/Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service to any customer who calls or walks through our doors. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES REPRESENTATIVE/ CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As a Sales Representative/Customer Service Representative, you are the face of our company as the person customers first see when they walk through our doors. You create a great first impression and warmly welcome everyone you see or speak to, whether on the phone or in person. You efficiently manage schedules and follow up with those in need of hearing care. Your compassion and care provide a service your parents or grandparents would even be proud of. You skillfully use technology, stay organized, answer questions, obtain customer information, and build important relationships with clients. You also get to run promotions from time to time, so you have fun finding creative ways to connect with potential clients and encourage their participation. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SALES REPRESENTATIVE/ CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

• Experience working in an office environment.
• Ability to use technology ranging from using Microsoft Office to CRM systems
