Sales Representative - Financial Services

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain excellent customer experiences by engaging, listening, and understanding customers' unique financial situations and goals, and matching their needs to our finance services.
• Demonstrate compassion at all times.
• Observe the sales processes by shadowing supervisors and sales representatives. Emulate processes to meet KPIs.
• Engage with customers by actively seeking new customers.
• Capitalize on finance cross-sales and add-on products.
• Review and evaluate finance applications, assess customers' qualifications, and negotiate with creditors on customers' behalf when necessary.
• Ensure accurate record keeping and accuracy in applications for finance solutions and/or debt consolidation solutions.

Sales Representative Skills & Requirements:

• Above standard customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• 1-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the finance industry.
• Basic knowledge of finances, including loans, consolidations, interest rates, etc. is a strong asset.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
