Academy Home Services is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing sales team as a Sales Representative/Project Consultant. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in a sales role, and 1+ years of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical related sales.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The Project Consultant/outside sales position is a dynamic sales position focused on in-home sales of heating and cooling equipment, electrical projects, and plumbing projects. Sales leads will come from a mix of our outbound marketing efforts, and technician generated leads; this is not a cold-calling position, though occasional outbound calls will be made, as required by Head of Project Management. The Project Manager is responsible for handling their clients from the start of the process, through installation, and for maintaining contact between the client and the organization for the entire process. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain high customer satisfaction by answering any questions, concerns, or issues that the client may have.
Stay current on new products and technologies in the field.
Answer any customer questions and inform them of any pertinent information about their equipment.
Communicate daily with the sales coordinator, and/or sales manager.
Document every call/job in an organized and detailed manner.
20-50% of work will be after 4pm, and Saturday/Sunday.
Office time required for trainings, meetings, and required follow up/prospecting.
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid driver’s license
