Position Summary:

The Blue Raven Sales Recruiting Coordinator is part of a talented sales operations team that ensures our sales teams grow and expand. In short - save the world, save people money. We are in search of an individual who has great communication skills in helping our Sales Department find the best talent. You will be helping candidates schedule an interview, help answer questions about the hiring process, and follow up with highly sought-after applicants.

Essential Duties:

• Communicate with applicants via phone, email, and text
• Multitask in a high-volume work environment without sacrificing quality
• Navigate systems for scheduling across multiple calendars
• Keep commitments to sales reps and fellow co-workers
