Job Description
This Project Manager will be working within the Boost Mobile Field Sales Team under the Boost Sales Operations team. Candidates preferred in West Coast or Midwest. This Candidate will be working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment spanning the Boost Mobile and broader Dish organizations. Candidate will be responsible for being singular point of contact for the Field on all issues that needs escalation to Corporate via Google Chat. Employee will be responsible for monitoring all Google Chat subject folders and responding/taking action appropriately; replying with answer, escalating further, etc. Candidate will be required to understand current promotions, rack rate and product offers and be able to provide guidance on critical customer requirements/limitations. Responsibilities include:
  • Be the business lead/POC representative for the Boost Mobile Field Sales Organization
  • Be a business advocate for customer resolution within the Dealer Channel
  • Monitoring Chat Room on Google Chats during business hours to provide timely support to Field personnel on escalated issues
  • Maintain and update issues logs by category to consolidate all issues; identifying trends and compiling library of solutions
  • Frequent reporting on issues identified and taking action when needed; i.e. providing appropriate problem solving tools, requesting additional training/support material, etc.
  • Create and maintain a contact list for system escalations
  • Timely follow up on open issues
  • Flexible schedule, working weekend when necessary
A successful Project Manager will have the following:
  • SME on troubleshooting process/steps
  • Excellent organizational, facilitation, and written/verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to extract, document and manage cross functional team tasks to completion
  • Self-motivated with strong, proven, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional resources and work well in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to advocate for business needs
  • Experience in the wireless industry preferred
  • College Degree not required
