As a member of the Commercial team, the Commercial Operations Manager is instrumental in supporting our quickly growing Commercial organization while building out the systems and processes that will drive Hinge Health to the next level. The ideal candidate is an experienced Salesforce administrator, has a track record of managing the day-to-day sales operations, and possesses a high attention to detail.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Act as the guardian of the salesforce database, and improves on data quality, hygiene, and standardization.
- Deliver B2B sales and OKR reporting for Hinge executives and commercial leadership.
- Own the intake process for ongoing and ad hoc commercial operations requests.
- Use data to increase efficiencies in the sales process, closely monitor sales performance at all stages of the funnel, and provide continuous recommendations for improvements.
- Support the evolution & integrity of the commercial team’s tech stack.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to establish and maintain scalable best practice processes across sales operations, finance, marketing, and partnerships.
- Expert Salesforce administrator with the ability to create complex dashboards & reports, custom report types, processes & workflows, etc.
- Data driven with a high attention to detail.
- Curious - keeps up to date on new developments & best practices in sales operations across multiple industries.
- Entrepreneurial with an ability to create and follow plans yet flexible enough to respond to change while balancing multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong and efficient communicator (both written and verbal).
- Desire to learn, grow and develop as early member of the commercial operations team, and mentor to future team members
